To Manny Pacquiao: It's the end of the line dude.....

We all know what happened to Manny Pacquiao in his 4th fight against Juan Manuel "El Dinamita" Marquez. Manny got knocked out cold on the 6th Round. Pacquiao said it was lucky shot but I beg to disagree, even the boxing experts say that "El Dinamita" set up the perfect punch and Manny walked right into it. End result: Lights out for Pacman!

I guess Manny's boxing career is over. It may be painful to accept that the Filipino's pride and glory has finally lost his endless streak of good luck. Maybe it's time for Manny to pursue a different career in singing, acting, hosting, cockfighting, bible preaching or even a military calling. Lol. As for boxing....I think it's all over for Manny.

At least Manny Pacquiao is rich and financially well established unlike most of us Filipinos, and his wealth came from his honest boxing career. As I've said before in my past blogs about Manny, he can't have too many masters at the same time; he can't be a boxer, a singer/actor/host, a politician, a military colonel and a bible preacher simultaneously. He has to pick 1 or 2 vocation and then concentrate on them to improve and perfect his craft.

But I guess Manny is just an ordinary human being being like the most of us. He made all the wrong decisions and became a victim of his own greed and ambition. He wanted to be SUPERMAN, BATMAN, IRONMAN, AQUAMAN, CONGRESSMAN and all the other superheroes rolled into one and he forgot his humble beginnings as a pandesal (bread) vendor which made him strive to be the best in his boxing profession. Yes folks; money, fame, power, arrogance and mixing it up with the wrong type of people led to Manny Pacquiao's downfall.

Manny said he will come back and defeat Juan Manuel Marquez but I doubt if that will happen. I mean that Mexican drinks his own piss for God's sake! I think "El Dinamita" deserves that win, if a guy ends up drinking his own urine then he surely merits a good break! Besides, I don't think Bob Arum will schedule any more fights for Manny in the near future. Who knows, maybe Manny's "friends" would suddenly start dwindling and begin avoiding him when he's not so much famous anymore.

As for the Filipino boxing fans out there, don't fret guys. We still have Nonito "The Filipino Flash" Donaire and this kid can take over or even surpass Manny Pacquiao's record. I believe it's the end of the line for Manny. Manny's out, Nonito's in!!!
