An American named Bryan Hill was arrested a few days ago after a buy-bust operation conducted by the Police in the suspect's Makati condominium. Found on Hill's possession were 10 kilos of shabu or crack, some cocaine and lots of diazepam tablets. The coppers said the drugs was worth at least Php60Million! Bryan Hill was allegedly an international drug dealer and is the supplier of drugs at high end bars and nightspots in Metro Manila and in other countries.
Most of the shabu was found by the cops inside a luggage in his Mitsubishi Pajero that was parked in the condo's basement. The car had Government issued license plates and was traced to the National Power Corporation (NPC) but the agency quickly said that the Pajero was issued to the former Chief of Staff of then Congressman Mikey Arroyo in 2008. The NPC further stated that they have been writing the former Congressman to return the car but the Solon never replied to their messages.
News reporters tried to contact the former law maker but he never answered their calls. The question now is how the hell did a Government owned vehicle which was issued to former Pres. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo's Partylist Congressman son end up at the hands of an American drug dealer? The former law maker should immediately answer this million dollar question before the public begins suspecting him of coddling drug pushers or even financing drug traders!
As for Bryan Hill, if his own Government doesn't extradite him to the US for other serious offenses then he will surely end up spending the rest of his life in Philippine jail. I think that's not too bad if Hill has a lot of money stashed somewhere because in our prisons you can live like a King if you have plenty of cash to bribe the guards and your fellow inmates. A rich inmate can get his own private air-conditioned room complete with bathroom, flat screen TV, PC, cell phones, nice comfy bed, etc.
A wealthy prisoner can eat anything that he likes and even pay a fellow inmate to buy and cook his favorite food. Yes folks, in Philippine prisons we have our mini market called "talipapa" where one can buy fresh meat, fish, fruits and veggies, etc. A rich prisoner can have his own personal assistant who will take good care of him 24/7. Heck, he can even pay for the services of female prostitutes everyday if he wants to get laid daily! Can Bryan Hill do that in Federal State Prisons in the US? I don't think so! So Hill would be better off if he goes to jail here in our country where 99% of our Prison Officials and Guards are corrupt, dishonest and hungry for bribes. Unless....his drug partners decide to make him dead before he can spill the beans....
I wonder how that Pajero got in the hands of Bryan Hill, could it be that Mikey and Bryan are business partners? I mean, if both your parents are crooks, wouldn't you end up as an outlaw too? Your guess is as good as mine folks!!!
