Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen almost succeeded after he tried to pull a fast one over Pres. Aquino and the entire Filipino people at the closing of the ASEAN Meeting that was again held in Cambodia a few days ago. The tricky Cambodian leader said in his closing remarks that all the members of the ASEAN have reached a consensus or unanimous agreement that the territorial dispute of all countries concerned over the Spratly's Islands will be decided solely by China and other claimants and by the ASEAN. Hun Sen said that the United Nations and non member countries of ASEAN will not be allowed to meddle with the Spratly's issue.
This literally meant that the United Nations (UN) will not be consulted to decide on the territorial boundaries and that the Philippines will not seek International assistance from the UN or from the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS). Pres. Noynoy Aquino raised his hand in protest and insisted that there was no such consensus reached by the ASEAN Members and that the Philippines will still seek the help of the United Nations regarding the Spratly's issue. Pres. Aquino even made it a point that his dissent and disapproval from Prime Minister Hun Sen's statements be put on official record during that meeting.
Yup, PM Hun Sen tried to screw us twice over; the first one was when the sound system was turned off during the previous ASEAN Meeting in Cambodia a few months ago as the Department of Foreign Affairs Secretary of the Philippines was about to address the ASEAN body about China's encroachment and terror tactics against the Filipinos in the Spratly's Islands. Now, PM Hun Sen himself attempted to make our President agree that the Philippines will not seek the help and guidance and ultimately, the decision of the UNCLOS about the Spratly's problem. It was good thing that our leader was paying attention during that event and voiced out his dissent and made sure that it was put on record. Who the hell is this Hun Sen asshole that is jerking us around and trying to outmaneuver us with the use of treacherous, deceitful and double-crossing tactics? I did a few researches on this dumb prick and this is what I've found....

Fearing for his life, Hun Sen fled to Vietnam where he was imprisoned for several months before the Vietnamese decided to include him in a Cambodian rebel political organization which they were forming to replace the Khmer Rouge. Hun Sen used to be a member of the dreaded Khmer Rouge which massacred hundreds of thousands of innocent Cambodians during Pol Pot's back to Year Zero Regime. No wonder that even after the civil war is over and that the Khmer Rouge is no longer in power, the Cambodian Government is still acting dumb and ignorant of the International Laws and they lack proper decorum. Hell, their leader is a God damn butcher so what else would you expect?!!! Hun Sen first had a hard on with Pol Pot and his murderous rampage so joined the Khmer Rouge then he later hauled ass and fled to neighboring Vietnam when Pol Pot went apeshit and decided to kill anybody that he couldn't trust.

Hun Sen is known to be ruthless, efficient, brutal and lately....a certified 100% asshole!!! No wonder this Hun Sen prick tried to fool us Filipinos by saying that we have agreed to let China and the ASEAN to decide who owns the Spratly's Islands and that the Philippines will not seek the help and decision of the United Nations. I guess that is expected from a former slaughterer, traitor and now an ass kisser of China.
When the Chinks say sit, the Cambodians will sit; when the Chinks say jump, the Cambodians will jump even into a pile of shit! Lol. This should be the last time that the ASEAN Meeting is to be held in Cambodia or to similar dumb assed countries. The ASEAN was formed in 1967 to encourage cultural exchanges, to promote stability and economic growth in Southeast Asia. If member countries like Cambodia, which by the way was the last one to join the group in 1999; is intent on treating this association as nothing but a joke then by all means they should reprimanded or even expelled. Hun Sen and the rest of the Cambodians can either become a free and civilized nation or they can forever remain as China's slave country.
