ASEAN Talks Held in Cambodia Fails to Address China-RP Spratlys Row.

The recently held talks of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) in Cambodia failed to issue a Joint Communique against the Chinese aggression and encroachment in the disputed Spratlys Islands. The Philippines' Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) representative, Sec. Albert Del Rosario was about to speak at the podium to address the matter when the microphone was deliberately turned off. Yup, the Cambodians who hosted the ASEAN talks deliberately sabotaged the sound system so that the Philippines cannot discuss the Chinese encroachment in our territory.

"The ASEAN is a regional alliance of 10 independent countries in Southeast Asia. The organization was founded in August 1967 by Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore and the Philippines. Brunei joined ASEAN after attaining independence from the United Kingdom in 1984. Vietnam was the 1st communist member admitted in 1995. Laos and Myanmar (formerly Burma) joined ASEAN in 1997 and Cambodia became the last member in 1999. Heads of Governments, Prim Ministers and Economic Ministers regularly meet annually.

Established during the Vietnam War, ASEAN was originally intended as a bulwark or protection against the spread of communism in Southeast Asia. Its principal objectives were to accelerate economic growth and to promote regional peace and stability. A joint forum with Japan was established in 1977 and a cooperation agreement with the European Community (now European Union) was signed in 1980. During the late 1980s and early 1990's, ASEAN played an important role in mediating the civil war in Cambodia." (Source: Encarta Premium)

So this shows that the ASEAN organization is an important and useful institution in Southeast Asia. The ASEAN has helped a lot of countries in this part of the world and should not be taken lightly by any of its members or mocked by a late comer like Cambodia. Yet the host country to the latest ASEAN talks have openly disrespected and disregarded proper etiquette or protocol. Cambodia has openly scorned and ridiculed our Philippine representative in the last ASEAN meeting.

Why? It's because Cambodia is a lapdog of China and therefore like a loyal mutt it must at all times protect, abide and obey what its master has ordered at all times. Yes, Cambodia sucks up to its big boss China that's why the microphone was turned off when the DFA Secretary was about to speak. Yup, we got another dumb ass country here; Cambodia is definitely a Chink ass licker! No doubt about that!

So what is the history of Cambodia and why does it lick the ass of China? "Cambodia was known as Kampuchea and was a monarchy since ancient times. Cambodia was a French protectorate from 1863 to 1953 until a republic replaced the monarchy in 1970. In 1975, a Communist regime known as the Khmer Rouge took power after a civil war, naming the country Democratic Kampuchea.

The Khmer Rouge's brutal repression and radical socialist reforms devastated Cambodia's society and economy. Immediately after occupying Cambodia's towns, the Khmer Rouge which are mostly composed of illiterate peasants and farm workers; ordered all city dwellers into the countrysides to take up agriculture tasks. The Khmer Rouge hated urban dwellers, which they saw as enemies in their Utopian vision of Cambodia as a nation of busy, productive peasants. The leader of the regime, who remained concealed from the public, was Saloth Sar, who used the pseudonym Pol Pot. The government, which called itself Democratic Kampuchea (DK) claimed to be seeking total independence from foreign powers but accepted economic and military aid from its major allies, China and North Korea."      It seems that Cambodia is just another communist country, right? Wrong dudes! This country is one bad assed MotherF....r! The people given the most power in government were largely illiterate rural Cambodians who fought alongside the Khmer Rouge in the civil war. The regime restricted freedom of speech, movement, association and all religious practices. Former city dwellers which they called "new people" were executed and murdered! The Khmer Rouge killed all intellectuals, merchants, bureaucrats, members of religious groups and ANYBODY WHO CAN READ OR WRITE!!! Millions and millions of Cambodians were forcibly relocated, deprived of food, tortured, sent to forced labor or slaughtered!

Teachers, engineers, doctors, dentists, lawyers, writers or any person who has the ability to read or write were all shot and killed by the Khmer Rouge with their AK-47s, a favorite weapon and in the same style of execution by used by the Chinese. After killing all the parents of all children, the young population were taken to the countrysides for "RE-EDUCATION" or "BRAIN-WASHING". The Khmer Rouge literally taught the children to hate and kill their own parents. Pol Pot called it as bringing Cambodia back to the "YEAR ZERO" or fresh start but its really GENOCIDE!

As a matter of fact, a film was made about the war atrocities committed by the Khmer Rouge and it was great film and won several US film awards. If you want to know more about it then I suggest you rent the film "The Killing Fields" and you will know the real story of what happened in Cambodia 30 years ago. It is not for the faint of heart though, it was based on a true story so you better brace yourselves for the violence and brutality of the Khmer Rouge. That film will tell you why the Cambodian leaders are nothing but a bunch of assholes. Imagine killing all your parents, all the educated people and running your entire government and country with illiterates?

The Cambodians killed all their parentage 30 years ago so can how we expect them  to act courteously and properly? Dumb, dumber and dumbest all rolled into one country....
