Airport Police Extorts PhP2,980 on a Balikbayan.

I guess this story can clearly define the huge difference between a poor but honest person and that of a scumbag. Despite the many stories of decent and honest janitors, taxi cab drivers and even a horse cart driver who returned lost wallets containing large amounts of money and jewelry to their lawful owners; this shameless Airport Police has the nerve to extort less than 3,000 pesos on a fellow Filipino who was returning abroad.

The scumbag airport police is PO3 Joey Moralidad, his surname means morality but this bastard has no morals in his character. This asshole cop conned a Filipino passenger by charging the latter PhP2,980 for his baggage fee when the actual cost was only PhP980. The copper even tampered the receipt by adding 2,000 pesos on the 980 peso fee, but that was not the worst part; when the Pinoy victim arrived to his destination, his baggage was not unloaded because the asshole airport cop did not remit the baggage fee! The crooked cop pocketed all of the PhP2,980 baggage fee and the receipt he gave was fake!

Now, we can clearly distinguish the difference between an honest person and a dishonest prick. Trustworthy people don't care how much money they find, if it's not theirs then they have to give it back to the rightful owner. The maxim, "finders keepers, losers weepers" does not simply apply to honest folks. As for deceitful and corrupt assholes, it doesn't matter if it's a billion pesos, a million pesos or 1 peso; as long as it's easy money then they will steal it from you. I guess that's why we call them scumbags, right?
