A security guard at the Technological University of the Philippines in Dasmarinas, Cavite went on a rampage and beat a dog to death with a golf club. The whole cruel and barbaric incident was caught on video by a student and was uploaded in YouTube and has now caused an uproar of comments and condemnation from the public. The school authorities however appeared to have no concern for the dog's gruesome killing and didn't even bothered to conduct an investigation on the security guard's criminal and inhuman behavior. The guard's name is Arnulfo Bituin, the school have fired this asshole from his job but Animal Rights Groups are keen on filing criminal charges against this asswipe.
It is illegal and unlawful to inflict cruelty on animals. It is against the law to kill animals in such a manner. The dog was not attacking anybody and it was trying to escape the security guard but the asshole kept on hitting the mongrel with that golf club. The school authorities should have conducted a proper investigation on the incident but as I have said many times before, people who work in government and sometimes even in private institutions are oftentimes insensitive and ignorant of the laws. Violence occurred in a school premises and it was committed by the guard whose main job is to secure the facility and everyone in it. I guess in was not in the guard's duty to protect animals so he beat it to death. Scumbag!!!
It's a shame that the poor mongrel has to die a violent death. Sure, it's just a dog but what has it done to deserve such cruelty and punishment? I guess it's true that the most vicious animal that ever walked the Earth is not the lion, tiger, crocodile or the hyena. You don't have to go to the zoo, wilderness or to the jungle to find the most aggressive, vicious and sadistic animal in the world. All you have to do is to look at the mirror everyday and you can see the worst animal in the world...it is us humans.
