The whole sporting world was shocked after Manny Pacquiao lost to Bradley a few days ago. A lot of so called "Boxing Experts" were eager to volunteer their skillful and knowledgeable analysis and opinion why the Champ Boxer lost the fight. Many of the experts said Manny was cheated or robbed by the boxing judges, some said that the Las Vegas "Mafia" may have something to do with it and still a few commented that Manny should have knocked Bradley to sleep to keep his Championship Belt.
Everything is easier said than done. Do this, do that; don't do this, don't do that. It's all talk and it won't help Manny now. He just lost his belt, his rank in boxing, etc. I hope he didn't lose his fighting spirit and his will to get back his title and then retire for good while he's still the Champ. Some boxing think-tanks said that Manny lost because he was doing so many things in his life right now. He's a Congressman, an Army Reserve Colonel, an actor, a singer, a show host and let's not forget...a Bible Preacher! Maybe Manny forgot that he's a World Boxing Champ first and foremost so he lost the fight.
Sometimes when you're on top you can't really hear the voices of your most trusted and loyal friends....you tend to disregard and discard your good old buddies when you reach the top of your career. It's the fake and bogus friends that are always advising and influencing you, which end up bad for you but it's already too late when you finally realize it. Yup, everybody loves a winner but most if not all, hates losers...Manny should finally choose what he really wants to be; a Congressman, a Colonel, an actor, a singer, a show host, a Bible Preacher or a Boxing Champ? As they've always said, one cannot have 2 masters let alone 7.....
