Dominguez Carjacking Syndicate Star Witness Murdered.

The star witness in the much publicized Dominguez Brothers Carjacking Syndicate was found dead in a vacant lot along with two other corpses in Sta. Lucia Proper, Barangay Salawang in Dasmarinas City, Cavite last Sunday. Alfred Mendiola and two other men, Eriberto Jumanito, 56yrs old , from Sta. Isabela, Malolos, Bulacan and Mark Angelo Herrera, 20yrs old were found by cops with their faces wrapped up in packaging tape, hog tied and dead from multiple gunshot wounds in the head. It was not a pretty sight folks. Mendiola was in the Witness Protection Program of the Department of Justice (DOJ) but authorities say he kept on violating the programs' rules and regulations.

The DOJ said Mendiola kept on eluding his bodyguards and oftentimes leaves their safe houses without informing his security personnel provided by the DOJ. The DOJ was about to take him out of the Witness Protection Program due to his various violations and Mendiola was transferred to a secret location after he signed a waiver that he no longer wants bodyguards and protection from the DOJ. I guess the hit men that killed Mendiola "took him out" of the Witness Protection Program" for good.

I was wondering though why the Dominguez brothers are still able to order the death of the star witness in their criminal case while they are still in jail. Sure they can always order their henchmen to do their dirty work outside their prison cells but the question really is this, who's protecting them and backing them up? I mean if these guys are just plain criminals they won't be able to continue financing and keep maintaining their group even while they're behind bars.

I think there's more to their story than what meets the eye. I bet the Dominguez brothers are mere pawns and the Big Boss is still out there somewhere. I suspect that the real leaders are the ones who ordered the murder of Alfred Mendiola so that the case against the Dominguez brothers would soon be dropped and when the two stooges get out of jail....sooner or later, both will end up dead too. Yup, never leave loose strings around because it might give you a lot of trouble later on. I bet the true leaders of that kidnapping, carjacking and murdering group is a powerful Politician or a high ranking Police or Military Official in our country.

You see, if you're just an ordinary thief who steals cars for a living, you would probably think twice about killing your victim because you don't want the coppers to go hunting you down for being a murderer. Murder is way more serious than being a car thief and its easier on your ass if you just steal some cars without killing anyone. Ordinary hoodlums would lay low after ending up in jail but not these Dominguez buggers. I guess it was the star witness' fault that he got killed, if Alfred Mendiola just obeyed the rules of the DOJ and never left his bodyguards then maybe he's still among the living.

Mendiola shouldn't have taken his former buddies lightly because he knows how these guys work, he was once a member of that group. They kill and burn their victims to a crisp so that no amount of evidence can be found by the coppers. But he opted to play around with his life so he finally got what he wanted....his gruesome death and he even took two guys with him. By the way, he was still lucky that his killers didn't burn his corpse too; at last he will still get a decent looking carcass once the undertaker fixes him up unlike what they did to their innocent victims.....
