Senator Miriam Defensor-Santiago showed her beautiful home to a TV host the other day and I was very much impressed. The whole house was stunning, picturesque and magnificent. From its shiny wooden floors which I believe is made from the best timber available, the fine looking furniture which most of them are probably imported antiques, to the chandeliers which were just stunningly superb.
The Senator's house even had its own private library and what a library it was! It was almost like the ones we see in movies or TV shows depicting the Grand Mansions of the rich and famous personalities. Yes, it was indeed an impressive home, fit for a Queen. Sen. Miriam Defensor-Santiago is definitely a Queen in her own right, I must agree.
She even boasted of having read all the books in her library and swore that she has everything, every page, every paragraph, every sentence and every word inside her head. Brilliant!!! She is without a doubt a legend in her own right. An excellent former Regional Trial Court Judge and now a marvelous, exceptional and accomplished lady Senator.
I almost envied her, her accomplishments, her home, her intellect, everything about her is worth emulating and idolizing.....except.....where did all that expensive, world class, classy, lavish and luxurious material things come from? Stupid me, of course it came from her enormous, massive and gargantuan PORK BARREL! Where did all that Pork Barrel come from? Oh crap, it came from the peoples taxes! Our money, your money, my money!
Nah, I take it all back. Sen. Miriam Defensor-Santiago is not worth emulating, idolizing and envying or anything. She's just another politician who is basking on the blood, sweat and tears of the poor Juan Dela Cruzes of this country. Yeah, another bloodsucker who shamelessly flaunts her stolen, ill-gotten, illicit and criminally obtained wealth. Another 100% certified, pure and unadulterated Vermin!!!
