U.P. Website Hacked by the Chinese.

The University of the Philippines (UP) official website was recently hacked by Chinese computer nerds and it took a while for the University to put it back on line. School officials said it took sometime to put it back not because the damage was great or difficult to fix but due to the fact that the UP computer experts wanted to fully study the nature of the virus or intrusion so that the website can be further strengthened and protected from future unauthorized access.

In retaliation to the unauthorized incursion by the Chinks, Pinoy hackers also intruded and messed around with one of the Chinese Government's officials websites. How's that for a change? Instead of killing each other for the Spratly's Islands why not just engage in computer wars? Just make sure that it doesn't involve any great damage to any human beings in both countries.

Butting heads doesn't have to always end in deadly conflicts. We can always use our brain power to out do each other and not merely rely on muscle and fire power. I think this is a good way to let off some steam, hacking one website to show who the better computer nerd is and develop ways to protect your website from intrusion in the future. It's like playing chess but this is a lot more exciting.

So to the Chink hackers and Pinoy computer nerds, let the Infobahn war games begin! Let's find out who's got more brain power, the Chinks or the Pinoys, the slant eyed or the wide eyed? Let's keep it harmless though, just like a chess match. Yeah, let's do this again and again!
