Masbate City hit by 5.2 Quake!

A 5.2 quake hit Masbate City in the Bicol Region yesterday. 3 people were feared dead and a lot of buildings were damaged as well as major cracks and fissures on thoroughfares. The residents were again shaken with fear as it was exactly a month after the major tremor that hit Negros Oriental which killed a lot of people and destroyed many buildings and infrastructures.

Scientists say it was a known fault line that moved thus generating the strong seismic activity. The scientists also warned of aftershocks which could further destroy the damaged buildings and structures. A Tsunami warning was not issued since a 5.2 quake was not strong enough to generate such giant killer waves.

Mother Nature seems to enjoy showing off its power these past few months. Scaring the crap out of our fellow Filipinos. I wish Mother Earth would redirect its wrath on our crooked leaders at the Senate, Congress and at Malacanang. The people working there definitely need some ass shaking to jolt them out of their corrupted senses. Or better yet, bury those incorrigible, wicked and evil politicians in quake rubble so they can no longer wreak havoc in our country. I really wish that would happen....soon!!!
