Php2 Million Anomaly at the Bureau of Corrections.

Another anomalous kickback was exposed at the Bureau of Corrections (BUCOR) a few days ago. A simple ceremony was conducted when President Aquino visited the government prison yet a huge amount totaling to Php2 million was spent by the agency. The BUCOR Chief even made and signed fake receipts to justify and cover up the extravagant expenses.

Receipts from the expenses like carpet rentals, uniforms and a lot more were fabricated by the agency to conceal their fraudulent dealings. A reporter tried to trace the companies that provided the services and he found out that the listed businesses were in no way connected to the ceremony. Most of the companies alleged to have provided the services were engaged in different trades and denied any dealings with the Bureau of Corrections. Several establishments in the receipts were also fictitious and their addresses cannot be located.

The present Prison Chief is a retired Military or Police General so no wonder that he's a professional crook when it comes to stealing public funds. His brother was also a retired police general who was caught a few years ago in Europe carrying a brief case full of Euro dollars. He was later called as the "Euro General" and another Senate inquiry was conducted but as usual again he never went to jail.

Both are thieves from the Military or Police and before you know it they'll be entering politics after retiring from the government service. So we get more and more scumbags in public service. I wonder why the President haven't fired this jailbird yet, maybe they're shooting buddies too? Will we ever succeed in purging these evil doers in our Government? They seem to multiply a lot faster than we can get rid of them. Vermin!!!
