A Crime of Passion or Cash?

You're not going to believe this one. A woman was run over by her own boyfriend after a heated argument and when the boyfriend checked and found out that she was still alive, he began stabbing her! After stabbing her and she still wouldn't die, the guy ran her over again with his car!

Wow! This guy is really thorough with his criminal intentions! He probably watched too many horror flicks or mystery and suspense movies. He really made sure his girlfriend was as dead as she could possibly be. He wanted to commit the perfect crime, no witnesses, no survivor to tell the cops, in a deserted and dark highway. Almost perfect except.... for those damn road or street cameras that the government have installed all over the Metro!

Yup, everything was caught on camera, from beginning to end. So the lover boy was arrested after the horrific crime and when the cops asked him why he did it, he said the girl was asking him to pay back his debt of Php 1.5 million from the girl's family. He said she threatened to have him and his family killed if he doesn't pay up so he killed her first. Sounds logical, don't you agree? Kill or be killed? Lol

I've heard about cases of extreme lovers' quarrel but this one is the weirdest of them all! I guess its the money that made them want to kill each other, money, the root of all evil. So what's the moral lesson of the story? Hmm, let's see; " Never threaten to kill anybody because they might beat you to it?" or "Never borrow too much money because you may not be able to pay it back and you may have to kill the one you owed money from?" or  "If you love somebody don't ask them to pay their debts back?" It's up to you to choose the best answer. :)
