Wife Losses to Concubine.

     The legal wife of deceased Congressman Iggy Arroyo failed to bring back his remains to the Philippines. The problem arose when the concubine of the dead Solon denied the wife her legal right to take custody of the body. The former wife (they've been separated for many years but their marriage was never annulled so it's still legally valid) wanted to bring back the remains for proper burial but the mistress has her own plans as well, she wants the body to be cremated in London where the lawmaker died.

     Now, why in Heavens' name are these two women fighting about a dead guys' corpse? I bet if you let them grab the remains and tell them to "start pulling, winner take all!", they would pull at it like two crazy little girls fighting over a rag doll! Why don't they just sit their big asses down and talk like civilized people, they both loved the man once in their lives, didn't they? No need to fight over a dead guys' corpse. Wow! What some people would do for money! It's all about the money, really!

     Legally speaking, it's the legal wife who's got the right to the body. It's her who can decide what to do with it. Not the dead guys' parents (unless he's a minor), siblings, children or mistress. As long as the marriage was never annulled or dissolved by the courts, it will remain valid no matter how long the couple have been separated or estranged. So legally speaking, the mistress has no business holding on to that corpse.

     So why is the immediate family of Iggy Arroyo not preventing or putting a stop on the mistress's dumb acts? Maybe it's because they like her more than the former wife. So what does it tell you about the Arroyo Family? It just shows that they are a bunch of crooks and misfits because even if they know how the laws of the land works, they openly defy it. They have ruled the country for so many years and they are all knowledgeable about the laws, Big Bro Mike is a lawyer, Gloria Arroyo was once a Senator, then Vice-President, then President and now a Convict, oopps, I mean a Congresswoman but still they refuse to do what is right in accordance to our laws. They always think that they are above the law!

     Big Bro Mike should tell the concubine to give up the remains of the dead Solon to the legal wife because that is the right thing to do but.....No dice. No wonder these people openly lie, cheat and steal from the Filipino people because they themselves openly disregard and break the rules. So do you still think these Politicians, Lawmakers, intelligent, rich, powerful people who rule our nation are better than the ordinary, simple, poor and not so highly educated folks? Nope, they are a lot worse than the ordinary criminals! They know all the laws of the land because they are the ones making them and implementing them but they are also the first ones who break them all the time! They are all scumbags!
