A Filipino mountaineer, photographer and adventurist who acted as a tourist guide for two foreigner friends bails out on them after they were kidnapped in Tawi-Tawi. The wise guy was asked by two foreign buddies to help them go bird watching in the forests of the said province. The Filipino was reportedly been in the area many times before and is therefore familiar and considered himself as an expert guide. The "expert guide" said he was never in danger or he was ever accosted by armed individuals in the area before this last incident.
I guess this guy is really dumb or something. I may agree that his probably a good mountaineer, photographer and probably a great traveler but nevertheless he's a dumb ass, cocky guy. Sure he was never bothered or accosted by locals or bandits in the area in his previous trips but it was a brainless move to bring with him 2 foreigners in the vicinity. The bandits were probably waiting for him to make that stupid mistake and when he did, they instantly pounced on their victims.
Yup, there are indeed rewards for those who wait patiently, in this case the kidnappers got their victims. Everybody knows that Mindanao is no man's land for foreigners, hell, they even kidnap poor farm workers out there for ransom so what is this witless mountaineer doing there with 2 more foolish newcomers, go bird watching? Wow! What a bunch of retards!
Good thing this Pinoy "expert guide" is good at saving his own ass when the opportunity presented itself. He bailed out on his 2 pals when they were in a boat at sea. Well, at least he said goodbye to the 2 aliens before bailing out,. My, my, my, he's a gentleman after all., he was polite enough to say "Adios mi Amigos!" This goes to show that not all so called "expert" mountaineers, adventurers or guides are really knowledgeable at everything they do. Most of them are really dumb asses just pretending to be "specialists" and when trouble comes, well, save your own hide dude!
